NADDOD Juniper compatible OSFP-800G-2xSR4 is an Ethernet 800Gb/s 2x400Gb/s Twin-port OSFP, SR8 multimode, parallel, 8-channel transceiver using two 4-channel MPO-12/APC optical connectors at 400Gb/s each. Built-in Coherent VCSEL & Broadcom DSP, it is compatible with Juniper QFX5240 switch, providing high-speed, reliable connectivity with low latency and ultra-low BER.
The Twin-port SR8 transceiver integrates two internal transceiver engines, enabling 64×400Gb/s ports in a 32-OSFP cage switch. It is ideal for high-density, short-reach, high-bandwidth server-to-switch and rack-level deployments, supporting scalable, efficient 400G/800G interconnects while maximizing port utilization and system performance.
The 800G high-performance switches combined with the processing power of 800G optical modules combine to enable seamless connectivity and efficient data exchange between devices and provide an optimal Ethernet solution for AI/ML workloads, dramatically improving AI cluster performance and lowering total cost of ownership.
NADDOD OSFP 800G 2xSR4 optical module adopts the Broadcom DSP and features a dual-MPO interface design, ensuring compatibility with existing 400G SR4 fiber infrastructures for a seamless upgrade from 400G to 800G. It enables short-reach interconnection between 800G OSFP switches and 200G/400G NICs, delivering a high-performance and scalable connectivity solution for next-generation AI data centers.
OSFP 800G 2xSR4 supports transmission distances of up to 100 meters, enabling high-speed interconnects between adjacent racks. It is ideal for high-bandwidth applications such as HPC and AI cluster training.
