NADDOD Arista OSFP-800G-2xSR4 compatible OSFP-800G-2xSR4 is an 800Gb/s Ethernet twin-port OSFP transceiver supporting 2×400Gb/s SR8 multimode, parallel transmission through dual 4-channel MPO-12/APC connectors at 400Gb/s each. Featuring two internal transceiver engines, built-in Coherent VCSEL & Broadcom DSP, it is compatible with Arista 7060X6-64PE switch and ensures stable, high-speed optical connectivity with low error rates and minimal latency.
The twin-port SR8 design allows a 32-OSFP cage switch to scale up to 64×400Gb/s ports, improving port density and system efficiency. It is ideal for short-reach, high-bandwidth server-to-switch and rack-level interconnects in modern data centers, delivering reliable, low-latency performance and supporting scalable, high-density 400G/800G deployments.
The 800G high-performance switches combined with the processing power of 800G optical modules combine to enable seamless connectivity and efficient data exchange between devices and provide an optimal Ethernet solution for AI/ML workloads, dramatically improving AI cluster performance and lowering total cost of ownership.
NADDOD OSFP 800G 2xSR4 optical module adopts the Broadcom DSP and features a dual-MPO interface design, ensuring compatibility with existing 400G SR4 fiber infrastructures for a seamless upgrade from 400G to 800G. It enables short-reach interconnection between 800G OSFP switches and 200G/400G NICs, delivering a high-performance and scalable connectivity solution for next-generation AI data centers.
OSFP 800G 2xSR4 supports transmission distances of up to 100 meters, enabling high-speed interconnects between adjacent racks. It is ideal for high-bandwidth applications such as HPC and AI cluster training.
