NADDOD NVIDIA/Mellanox MMS4X00-NS-T compatible OSFP-800G-2xDR4S optical transceiver is designed for short-reach 800G Ethernet optical interconnects in data center and cloud network environments. The module supports transmission distances of up to 100 meters over single-mode fiber (SMF) via dual MTP/MPO-12 connectors, and performs 8-channel 106.25Gb/s electrical-to-optical conversion on the transmitter side and 8-channel 106.25Gb/s optical-to-electrical conversion on the receiver side, enabling an aggregate data rate of 800Gb/s over a parallel DR4 interface.

By providing a standardized 800G DR4 optical interface and support for 2×400G DR4/DR8 breakout configurations, the OSFP-800G-2xDR4S enables flexible port utilization and efficient bandwidth scaling, making it a cost-effective solution for high-density 800G Ethernet switching in modern data center and cloud network deployments.
