Generic Compatible 400G QSFP-DD VR4 PAM4 850nm MTP/MPO-12 OM4 50m Optical Transceiver Module

NADDOD 400G QSFP-DD VR4 optical transceiver is a multimode, 4-channel (VR4) optical module designed for 400 Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) links over up to 50 m of OM4 multimode fiber. The QDD-400G-VR4 converts eight lanes of 50 Gb/s PAM4 electrical signals into four lanes of 100 Gb/s PAM4 optical signals at a nominal wavelength of 850 nm, enabling a total aggregate data rate of 400 Gb/s.

The 400G QSFP-DD VR4 optical transceiver delivers ultra-high-density 400 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity for data centers and high-performance computing (HPC) networks. It supports short-reach interconnects between switches and network interface cards (NICs) equipped with QSFP112 or OSFP ports, enabling flexible and efficient device-to-device connectivity across a wide range of deployment scenarios.

OSFP and QSFP-DD are two completely different form factors, so QSFP-DD optical modules like QDD-400G-FR4, QDD-400G-VR4, QDD-400G-LR4 or QDD-400G-DR4 all these optical transceivers cannot be used in OSFP ports.
