Mellanox® MMA1T00-HS compatible hot pluggable QSFP56 transceiver can achieve 200GBase-SR4 fibre channel throughput up to 100m over a multi-mode fiber (MMF) using a wavelength of 850nm via an MPO connector. It is designed for use in 200Gb/s InfiniBand HDR systems or 200G Ethernet netwoking. NADDOD offers Mellanox MMA1T00-HS compatible 200G QSFP56 optical transceiver module for QM8700/QM8790, MCX653106A-HDAT-SP/MCX653105A-HDAT-SP/MCX653106A-ECAT-SP/MCX653105A-ECAT-SP, this module incorporates integrated circuit technology in order to provide high performance, with Digital Diagnostic Monitoring functions for supply voltage, temperature, laser bias current, optical transmit and receive levels with associated warning and alarm thresholds and specified in the QSFP MSA standard.

What's the difference between QM8700 and QM8790 switches? Whether there is a difference in the selection of the cables?

There is no difference in function and performance between QM8700 and QM8790. QM8700 is managed, and QM8790 is unmanaged (out-of-band management). NADDOD can provide 200G IB AOC and DAC cables that can be used with the two switches.
