What is the difference between OSFP-400G-VR4, Q112-400G-VR4 and QDD-400G-VR4?

All three modules are 4-channel with 12-core multimode MPO fiber patch cords, the difference is mainly in the number of channels on the electrical side, OSFP-400G-VR4 and Q112-400G-VR4 are 4x100G PAM4 on the electrical side, while QDD-400G-VR4 is 8x50G PAM4 on the electrical side.

Can modules in different packages of QSFP-DD, OSFP and QSFP112 be interconnected?

Yes, as long as the module type is the same, e.g. both ends are 400G VR4 or DR4 modules.
