NADDOD OSFP-1.6T-AEBH is an 1600Gb/s twin-port 2x800Gb/s OSFP224 IHS to 1600Gb/s twin-port 2x800Gb/s OSFP224 IHS Active Electrical Cable (AEC) for 1600G networking. The connectors of AEC cables contain active components and driver chips (retimers) for transmitting and receiving electrical signals. AEC can solve the technical barriers of data loss in PAM4 signal transmission. Compared with traditional passive copper cables, 1600Gbps AEC cable can achieve long-distance transmission of 3m without significantly increasing signal attenuation. NADDOD's cable solutions provide power-efficient connectivity enabling higher port bandwidth, density and configurability at a low cost and reduced power requirement in the data centers.
