NVIDIA/Mellanox MMS4A20-XM800 Compatible 800G DR4 InfiniBand XDR Optical Transceiver Module ( OSFP224, 1310nm, 500m , Single MPO-12/APC, DOM, SMF, RHS/Flat Top)
NADDOD MMS4A20-XM800 riding heat sink optic is an 800Gb/s single-mode optical transceiver supporting the XDR 800Gb/s InfiniBand protocol. The line rate is 200Gb/s using Pulse Amplitude Modulation of 4- channels denoted as 200G-PAM4. It is used to link the Quantum-X800 QM3x00 switches using Twin-port OSFP224 2x800Gb/s transceivers to the dual 800Gb/s ConnectX-8 mezzanine card located internally in the GB200-based, liquid cooled system. The length of OSFP DR4 is up to 500 meters over SMF MTP/MPO-12 APC cable.
NADDOD OSFP-800G-DR4H transceiver leverages the Broadcom 3nm DSP and self-developed silicon photonics chip to achieve breakthroughs in both energy efficiency and transmission performance. Its powerful combination of cutting-edge process and advanced SiPh technology enables strong FEC capabilities for low BER and reliability in stable data transmission, lower power consumption for optimized thermal management, low-latency high-speed data transmission for accelerating AI training and inference, delivering scalable, cost-effective, high-bandwidth optical connectivity for high-density AI clusters and large-scale data centers.
NADDOD OSFP-800G-DR4H transceiver has been thoroughly undergone rigorous testing in our in-house test center by using the new-gen NVIDIA Quantum-X800 Q3400-RA XDR switch with 144 ports of 800Gb/s connectivity over 72 OSFP cages, demonstrating low bit error rate for ensuring data integrity and stable operation under high-throughput workloads, successfully verifying seamless interoperability with XDR switches and proving ultimate reliability in high-speed network connectivity for next-generation data centers and HPC infrastructures.
