NADDOD OSFP-800LPO-2DR4는 AI 데이터센터에 최적화된 고성능 비용 효율적 모듈로, 8x112Gb/s PAM4 광학 인터페이스와 8x112Gb/s PAM4 전기 인터페이스를 지원합니다. 단일 모드 광섬유에서 최대 500m의 전송 거리를 제공합니다. 리타임 DSP 데이터 경로를 선형 데이터 경로로 대체하여 더 낮은 전력 소모와 지연 시간을 실현했습니다. 온도, 습도 및 EMI를 포함한 외부 작동 조건의 최대 범위를 견딜 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 이 모듈은 2-와이어 직렬 인터페이스를 통해 접근 가능한 매우 높은 기능성과 특징 통합을 제공합니다. 송신기 드라이버 AGC는 동적 범위를 증가시키기 위해 활성화 또는 비활성화할 수 있습니다.
OSFP-800LPO-2DR4 adopts a DSP-free linear architecture, reducing power consumption by approximately 50% (8W vs. 16W) compared with conventional 800G retimed optics. This simplified design reduces transmission latency and improves link efficiency, while also optimizing TCO through reduced cooling, power consumption, and infrastructure requirements. Designed for large-scale AI training clusters, it offers broad compatibility with mainstream RoCE devices for stable and efficient deployment.
Tested on the Arista DCS-7060X6-64PE switch with all lanes in stable link-up status, achieving a pre-FEC bit error rate of 2.28E-13, demonstrating excellent signal integrity and reliable 800G transmission performance.
