NADDOD NVIDIA/Mellanox compatible OSFP-800G-2xFR4L optical transceiver is a high-speed, low-latency module designed for 800GBASE-2xFR4 Ethernet with link lengths up to 6km over single-mode fiber (SMF) using dual duplex LC connectors. It performs 8-channel 106.25Gb/s electrical-to-optical conversion on the transmitter side and 8-channel 106.25Gb/s optical-to-electrical conversion on the receiver side, ensuring reliable 800Gb/s data transmission. Designed for robust operation under varying temperature, humidity, and EMI conditions, it is compatible with NVIDIA SN5610 Series switch.
This transceiver is tailored for NVIDIA Spectrum-XGS Ethernet technology, delivering low-latency, high-bandwidth, and high-speed interconnects. It supports scalable spine–leaf and rack-to-rack architectures, unifying distributed data centers into a cohesive AI "super-factory" and providing high-performance, reliable, and cost-effective 800G connectivity for next-generation data center and cloud networking environments.

Fiber link loss must remain within the module’s link budget. Excessive loss or fiber end-face contamination can cause failures even at 6km. To ensure reliable performance, conduct OTDR testing for link budget validation, and use G.652D or better fiber at 800G to control dispersion and maintain signal integrity with low BER.
