NADDOD Arista OSFP-400G-SR4 Compatible optical transceiver is a four-channel, parallel, pluggable fiber-optic OSFP with built-in Broadcom DSP and Broadcom VCSEL, designed for 400G Ethernet applications. It integrates four transmit and four receive lanes, each operating at 53.125 GBd, delivering an aggregate bandwidth of 400 Gbps. The OSFP SR4 module supports transmission distances of up to 60 meters over OM3 multimode fiber and up to 100 meters over OM4 multimode fiber.

The 400G OSFP SR4 is intended for short-reach, high-bandwidth data communication and interconnect scenarios in modern data centers. It is commonly deployed on OSFP ports of NVIDIA ConnectX-7 adapters, with the opposite end connected to OSFP-800G-2×SR4 optical modules on 800G OSFP switches. This architecture enables efficient 400G-to-800G interconnection, providing a practical and cost-effective solution for high-density server-to-switch and rack-level connectivity.
