NADDOD NVIDIA/Mellanox MMA4Z00-NS400-T Compatible 400G SR4 OSFP optical transceiver is a four-channel, parallel, pluggable fiber-optic OSFP with built-in Broadcom DSP and Broadcom VCSEL, designed for 400G Ethernet applications. It integrates four data lanes in each direction, operating at 4 × 53.125 GBd. The OSFP SR4 module supports transmission distances of up to 60 meters over OM3 MMF and up to 100 meters over OM4 MMF.

The 400G OSFP SR4 is intended for short-reach, high-bandwidth data communication and interconnect scenarios in modern data centers. It is commonly deployed on OSFP ports of NVIDIA ConnectX-7 adapters, with the opposite end connecting to OSFP-800G-2xSR4 optical modules on 800G OSFP switches. This configuration enables efficient 400G-to-800G interconnection, providing a practical and cost-effective solution for high-density server-to-switch and rack-level connectivity.
