Can QSFP-DD ports use modules in OSFP form factor, such as Juniper?

OSFP and QSFP-DD are two completely different form factors, so QSFP-DD optical modules like Arista OSFP-2x200G-FR4, OSFP-400G-FR4, OSFP-400G-DR4, all these optical transceivers cannot be used in OSFP ports.

Can a 400G link with one end using a Cisco QDD-400G-FR4-S optical module and the other end using Arista OSFP-400G-FR4 OSFP be interconnected?
